First-party identifiers

The site uses a visitor identifier for up to one year, a session identifier for up to one hour and a saved language preference for up to one year. Staff authentication uses a separate HTTP-only cookie. Blocking these identifiers can limit inquiry recovery, language preference and security features.

Analytics configuration and controls

Internal analytics records page paths, referrers or campaign parameters, content language, device class and coarse location. If a GA4 measurement ID is configured, Google Analytics also loads after the page becomes interactive; browser or network controls can block analytics scripts and cookies.
