Data we process

We process the contact details and message you choose to submit with an inquiry, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, page, referrer and attribution data, browser and device signals, and coarse location data needed to operate, secure and improve the B2B inquiry service. Invalid form submissions are not retained as contact records.

Use, retention and public history

We use submitted inquiries to respond, qualify requests, prevent abuse and maintain commercial records. The current retention process is configured to remove operational analytics after 400 days when the retention task is run; active inquiries and private purchase records are retained as needed for follow-up and applicable obligations. Public confirmed order history contains only administrator-reviewed records and shows country, date, product names, specifications and estimated total content weight. It never publishes customer identities, contact details, messages or per-item quantities. Contact info@lyopep.com to request access, correction or deletion.
