Wholesale terms

What you can expect before you ask

1 kit MOQ per SKU

The minimum order is one kit (one base pack, usually 10 vials) per SKU, so several products can share one order.

Tiered pricing on request

Tell us the quantities you are considering for each SKU and we quote every tier in writing.

Start small as your sample

With a 1-kit minimum, a first order works as your sample: check the material and its COA before you scale up.

A COA for every batch

Each lot has its own COA: HPLC purity, MS identity, endotoxin and fill amount. Ask for the COA of the lot in your quote.

Lead time and shipping

Stock, lead time, courier and shipping cost are confirmed in the written quote. Options vary by destination, so tell us your country first.

Payment

Currency, payment methods and milestones are stated on the pro forma invoice before you pay.

OEM and private label

Your label, with the batch documentation kept intact.

We support OEM and private-label projects: custom labels, cartons and inserts, vial and cap choices and multilingual artwork, with the batch COA kept with every lot. MOQ, price and lead time for OEM projects are confirmed per project.

Subject to technical feasibility and written agreement, projects can cover a catalog molecule or custom peptide sequence, target fill and supplied form, custom vial and closure selection, label design, carton and insert printing, multilingual artwork, and packing configuration. Share the intended market, quantity, documentation needs and timeline with sales so the scope, MOQ, testing, price and lead time can be confirmed.
