How to read a COA
What each line of a batch COA tells you
- Product, strength, batch number and date
- Identify the lot. They must match your quote and, after delivery, your documents.
- HPLC purity
- The share of the main peak under the stated method. Check the method, the specification and the result.
- MS identity
- The observed molecular mass compared with the theoretical mass of the peptide.
- Endotoxin
- The bacterial endotoxin result against its limit.
- Fill amount
- The measured content per vial compared with the labelled amount.
- Approval
- Who released the batch and when.

Check the payee before you pay
Your proforma invoice names the company you pay. Before paying, you can look that company up free on the Hong Kong Companies Registry e-Search.
Copy the beneficiary name exactly as printed on the invoice. Banks in the UK and the EU compare the name with the account holder and may warn you if it differs.
If any payment detail differs from your proforma invoice, or a payment request reaches you through another channel, contact us through this website before you pay.
If something is wrong
How problems are handled
Send us the batch number, photos and a short description. A confirmed nonconformance is handled under the signed order terms, which may include replacement, credit or refund.
